If you have successfully implemented the basics of FastBridge, or successfully completed Train the Trainer 1.0 training this is the next step for you. There will be four professional development days at Sourcewell and three individual coaching days in their classroom. Content will be presented, collaboratively discussed, and applied to lesson planning for use in their classrooms. Attendees will have the opportunity to take Catalyst Whole Group Classroom Leadership and attend Catalyst Live.

The sessions will be structured around standards, procedures, and fostering collaboration with other regional secondary teachers. There will be four professional development days at Sourcewell and three individual coaching days in their classroom. Content will be presented, collaboratively discussed and applied to lesson planning for use in their classrooms. Attendees will have the opportunity to take Catalyst Whole Group Classroom Leadership Day 1 and attend Catalyst Live.

This virtual session will cover behavior screening and progress monitoring in FastBridge. Participants will learn how to collect, interpret, and use SAEBRS and mySAEBRS data for instructional planning in the area of social-emotional behavior.

To support students affected by trauma, educators must first understand the various types of traumas (beyond ACEs) and how trauma affects the brain and behavior in both students and adults. This equity-infused training includes an introduction to trauma-informed practices that support resilience.

This workshop is designed to build awareness, create an action plan, and support implementation of supports for multilingual learners and EL/ELL/ESL students. Explore considerations for programming, resource allocation, program models, and ideas for cross department collaboration and high leverage strategies to support the multilingual learners in your school/district.

This training provides an opportunity to examine and evaluate your current practices when responding to young people experiencing trauma. Learn about and address behaviors resulting from unmet needs, then problem-solve and plan interventions using grade-level-specific student and schoolwide scenarios. Scenario responses will explore and apply a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) model for behavior. Resilience is not a result of hard times; it’s a result of the various supports available during challenging times. Let us be those proven supports and make the shift from understanding trauma, to responding in ways that build resilient young people, ready to thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

The 2022, future Minnesota Math Standards are currently in rulemaking. It is predicted that these standards will be fully implemented in the 2027-28 school year with the first administration of the MCA IV’s in math spring 2028. To prepare for full implementation, districts should engage in an exploration stage during the 2024-25 school year.
