Connect

Superintendents & district leaders

Sourcewell hosts the Region 5 MASA meetings five times per year. The meetings include important legislative updates and touchpoints with leaders from MASA, MREA, and MSBA. Other agenda items include professional learning, networking, and current issues.

Principals

Regular meetings are scheduled for regional principals to connect, either virtually or in person. These sessions include small nuggets of professional learning along with opportunities to network around questions and issues from the group.

Learn

Leadership Academy

This series of professional learning sessions each year focuses on key topics to support school leaders around change, instruction, and feedback.

Leadership Retreat

Held in June, this annual retreat provides regional school leadership teams with the opportunity to collectively engage in professional learning from a national speaker, as well as dedicated time and space to plan for the upcoming year.

Grow

Higher Performance Network

Sourcewell partners with Joe Hill to provide a superintendent cohort for leadership growth. Additionally, schools can engage in embedded support in their districts tailored to the system’s needs.

Leadership coaching

District Strategy Partners and other former administrators on staff are available to walk alongside leaders with embedded support around individual goals, including time management, feedback and evaluation, implementation and change management, instructional leadership, and more.
