This training is designed to engage elementary educators in considering what happens when we leverage disciplinary literacy skills to transform gaps into gains. This virtual session will cover behavior screening and progress monitoring in FastBridge. Participants will learn how to collect, interpret, and use SAEBRS and mySAEBRS data for instructional planning in the area of social-emotional behavior.

This two-day onsite training will develop capacity related to essential elements of the FastBridge system. Participants will be equipped with materials for internal training with professionally created slide decks, instructor manuals, participant workbooks, and job aids to support internal knowledge transfer. The 2022, future Minnesota Math Standards are currently in rulemaking. It is predicted that these standards will be fully implemented in the 2027-28 school year with the first administration of the MCA IV’s in math spring 2028. To prepare for full implementation, districts should engage in an exploration stage during the 2024-25 school year.

This training provides an opportunity to examine and evaluate your current practices when responding to young people experiencing trauma. Learn about and address behaviors resulting from unmet needs, then problem-solve and plan interventions using grade-level-specific student and schoolwide scenarios. Scenario responses will explore and apply a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) model for behavior.
