Zoning administration
Each Community Development Administrator partners with multiple cities to build relationships and do research to provide technical advisory that supports our region's changing needs. This includes:

Assisting city councils and planning commissions in conducting public meetings.

Answering zoning administration questions from the public.

Reviewing zoning applications for compliance.

Advising and assisting in issuing administrative permits.

Convening gatherings of regional zoning administrators to share current challenges and best practices.
