On-demand digital courses
Check out the Introduction to Paraprofessional Training modules on our trainings page. These trainings provide a broad overview for supporting students as a paraprofessional and the unique skills required for supporting students with special needs. These courses are great for new paraprofessionals and for meeting annual training requirements.
Paraeducator Online Training
This subscription provides a wealth of courses to help paraprofessionals become highly qualified as well as prepare staff to meet student needs. These courses also assist in preparing staff for the Paraeducator exam.
Special Education Paraprofessional Competency Development
This tool provides a list of Minnesota Department of Education paraprofessional competencies required to meet Highly Qualified standards. Free training resources are included for each competency to support skill development and completion of the requirement.
