Learning objectives:

  • Understand the different types of grant proposal formats.

  • Learn how to draft sections of a grant proposal to gain a competitive edge.

  • Develop a thorough plan for spending grant monies.

Description:

This is a beginner workshop. This workshop is intended to help build new capacity for nonprofit organizations and local units of government. This intensive, hands-on training will help aspiring grant writers approach grant writing with increased confidence.

This event is offered in partnership with the Initiative Foundation.

About the leader:

Deneene Graham will lead this training. Graham has more than 17 years of professional experience working in philanthropy, nonprofits, and the pubilc sector.
