Description:
Nature journaling helps capture student observations and promotes documentation of students' curiosity in the natural world. Whether you are outdoors studying science, language arts, math, art, or a combination of these subjects, nature journals provide a great learning platform for documenting students' experience using words, pictures and numbers.
About the leader:
Dr. David Grack, Director of Education for the Jeffers Foundation, will lead this training. Past and present appointments include professorships, secondary, and elementary teaching. Dr. Grack is eager to seek realizable, authentic experiences for learning to happen outdoors for pre K-12 teachers and students.
