  • Increase understanding of the team as a separate entity that needs care and attention.

  • Acquire methods of creating shared accountability within teams.

  • Learn latest research about engaged teams.

Description:

Many work environments are increasingly complex and uncertain, requiring high functioning teams. Effective teamwork needs to be cultivated and given regular attention. This workshop helps team leaders develop shared leadership among team members, foster belonging and inclusion for all team members, and provides concrete tools for improving collaboration between team members. This workshop is designed for both team leaders and team members, who will receive valuable skills, tools and ideas that can be immediately implemented.

About the leader:

Lisa Negstad will lead this training. Negstad consults with a clientele of nonprofits and government in leadership and organizational development. She has presented for local organizations, and throughout the world. Lisa specializes in the most challenging aspects of leadership and helps leaders to cultivate thriving supervisory relationships and build effective teams. Lisa has an MBA from Yale and holds a BA in Psychology from Luther College.
