This event is offered in partnership with the Initiative Foundation.

Executive directors of nonprofit organizations wear many hats as part of overseeing the organization and advancing the mission: fiscal oversight, board relations, strategic planning, organizational operations, staff and volunteer management, and succession planning. Effective succession planning enables nonprofit leadership to identify critical dimensions for continuity. Planning, communication, and coordination all positively influence a successful transition of both organization and board leadership. This training with Julie Pelzl is geared toward nonprofit leaders and board members.

Sourcewell strives to bring the highest-quality resources, information, and training opportunities to our members. We’re honored to team up with the Initiative Foundation to bring this opportunity to our central Minnesota region.
