This training provides an opportunity to examine and evaluate your current practices when responding to young people experiencing trauma. Learn about and address behaviors resulting from unmet needs, then problem-solve and plan interventions using grade-level-specific student and schoolwide scenarios. Scenario responses will explore and apply a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) model for behavior. Resilience is not a result of hard times; it’s a result of the various supports available during challenging times.
